A master plan for a private hospital at Glenhaven owned by Healthscope and located in Preston, 10km north from the centre of Melbourne. This proposal explored a unique development with a much needed upgrade for a community care facility which could be combined with a new residential unit development. As patients recover and progress to more independent living often affordable and suitable housing is limited so this project offers the opportunity for both whilst still enabling close proximity for ongoing support if and when needed.
