A new rear addition to semi-detached 1930’s dwelling in Caulfield South for a couple with 2 young children.
Particular attention was made ensure limiting any disturbance to an existing large European Box tree which provides welcome shade in summer and a beautiful outlook to a large north facing open yard with chooks and the kitchen garden beyond. An economical project with simple detailing including a new kitchen refurbishment, provision for a home office and bike shed.
